Lucija Plantak, Ph.D. is an Assistant at the Department of Water Management at the Faculty of Geotechnical Engineering, University of Zagreb. She holds a PhD in technical sciences, specializing in environmental engineering, and serves as the Head of the Scientific Committee for the UNESCO Groundwater Youth Network. Lucija is also the President of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Geotechnical Engineering and a member of the World Youth Parliament for Water, Croatian Hydrological Society, Croatian Water Protection Society, and the Croatian Society of Environmental Engineers.
She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific papers focused on water management and has participated in various international scientific conferences, including representing UNESCO GWYN at the 10th World Water Forum in Bali.

Dr. G. Eberlein, has done his under graduation in Medicine from Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute in 2016 and Masters from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in Paediatrics in 2023. He is currently working as the District Program Officer at Kanyakumari District. In the past he has worked as a Assistant Civil Surgeon with the Government of Tamil Nadu. Being from a medical background, he has diversified his interests in the field of computer science through various courses. His areas of interest include: Artificial Intelligence, Critical care Paediatrics, Human-Machine interfaces, Bionics and robotics for human augmentation.

Dr.M. Marsaline Beno graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1998 from Govt. College of Engineering, Tirunelveli. He obtained his M.Tech from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in 2000, specializing in Electrical Machines and completed PhD from Anna University Chennai in 2009 under the specialization of Electrical drives & Control. He is in teaching profession for the past twenty four years. Currently, he is working as a Dean – Research and Professor of EEE Department in St Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India. His area of research interest is application of artificial intelligence techniques to electrical drives and Energy Management.
Dr. SIRAJUNNISA ABDUL RAZACK,

Sirajunnisa Abdul Razack, PhD, is a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the College of Public Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. She has nearly ten years of research experience in the areas of biopolymersin environmental, food and biomedical applications, renewable energy from microalgae andnanobiotechnology. Her current research arena is use of nanomaterials as drug vehicles against neurodegeneration diseases and cancer illnesses. Allied research include bioremediation using bacterial sources and preservation of meat using bioindicator incorporated films. She has published around 36 research articles and 11 book chapters with Elsevier, Springer and Taylor and Francis publishing houses.
Mr . Robin Daniel
An engineering graduate from Vellore institute of technology specialized in Instrumentation. Work experience of over twenty years in the IT industry including 3 years in the US. I spent 15 years of my career in Infosys & Oracle. The next five years I worked in startups as a QA & Test manager. My most recent , working as a Project manager responsible for all implementations & development of Warehouse Management System in a growing startup.
Mr. Christiaan Van de Donk,
Christiaan Van De Donk's work experience begins in 2012 with an internship at Bosch Rexroth, where they supported marketing activities and worked on an SEO/SEM project. Christiaan then participated in an exchange program at Shanghai University of Finance & Economics before joining Lely Industries NV as a Quality Controller consultant in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an online marketing assistant at Cognito Concepts and as a logistics employee at Jan de Rijk Logistics. At Jan de Rijk Logistics, they held various roles such as Admin. Teamleader, Supervisor PPC, and Manager operations. In 2021, they joined Ubiquiti Inc. as an Operations Manager. Prior to these experiences, they worked as a Warehouse Employee at Hutten Catering, where they managed the warehouse and employees, prepared events and fairs, and handled product distribution and delivery.
Dr. V Narayanan
Dr. V Narayanan, Distinguished Scientist (APEX Scale) and senior most Director in ISRO is currently the Director of Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC). As Director, he is providing techno-managerial leadership of LPSC which is engaged in the development of Liquid, Semi Cryogenic and Cryogenic Propulsion Stages for Launch Vehicles. Chemical and Electric Propulsion Systems for Satellites, Control Systems for Launch Vehicles and Transducers development for Space systems health monitoring. ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC) located at Mahendragiri (Tamil Nadu) is a unit of ISRO responsible for Assembly, Integration and testing of Liquid Propulsion systems. As Chairman of LPSC-IPRC Co ordination Committee, responsible for reviewing and executing the activities. Currently Dr. V Narayanan is the Chairman of Project Management Council-Space Transportation System (PMC-STS), the decision making body in all Launch Vehicle projects & programmes.
