It is mandatory that at least one author of all accepted abstracts has to register for the conference to ensure that the paper is included in the proceedings.
Multiple authors are allowed to present the same paper.
Registration fees is non-refundable on any case.
Paper presentation Certificate will be issued to the paper presenter with co-authors if it is mentioned in the Abstract.
Once you received the abstract acceptance notification along with Paper ID then only you can proceed with the Extended Abstract submission on or before 05/11/2024.
Presenters must adhere to their allocated time slots, and session chairs are responsible for keeping time.
Save the payment details in the form of an image or pdf file and should be submitted on the day of conference.
Lunch will be provided exclusively during the afternoon sessions.
Kindly note that accommodation facilities will not be provided as part of the event. To ensure a comfortable experience, we can give few recommendations on accommodation options nearby the conference venue.
Paper Presentations
Each presenter will have 10-15 minutes to present their research, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
Prepare a presentation using PowerPoint or PDF format, ensuring it is compatible with standard conference projectors and display systems.
Your presentation should cover the following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References (if applicable).
Ensure that the content is clear, concise, and highlights key findings, avoiding excessive technical jargon.
Use a minimum font size of 24 pt for body text and 36 pt for headings for readability.
Keep slides visually engaging but avoid overcrowding. Use bullet points, figures, and diagrams to make information digestible and impactful.
High-quality images, graphs, and charts are encouraged to support your research.
Ensure all visuals are relevant, labeled, and easy to interpret for clarity.
Adhere to the allotted presentation time to ensure a smooth flow of the session.
Arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to your session to familiarize yourself with the setup and equipment.
Be prepared to answer questions from the jury and the audience. Keep responses concise and relevant to maintain the flow of the session.
Respect differing opinions and engage in a constructive dialogue with attendees.
The conference room will be equipped with a projector and laptop. However, it’s advisable to bring a backup of your presentation on a USB drive.
Inform the organizers in advance if you have any special requirements for your presentation.
Presentations will be evaluated based on clarity, content quality, research significance, presentation skills, and ability to answer questions.
Awards will be given for Best Paper based on these criteria.
Presenters are expected to dress professionally and conduct themselves respectfully.
Avoid using mobile phones or any distractions during the presentation session.

Poster Presentations
Posters should be in portrait orientation with a size of 36 x 48 inches (91 x 122 cm).
Ensure that all text and graphics are clear and legible from a distance of 3 feet (1 meter).
The poster should include the following sections: Title, Author(s), Affiliation, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References (if applicable).
Ensure your content is concise and highlights key findings, avoiding lengthy paragraphs.
Use bullet points, figures, and diagrams to convey information effectively.
Use a minimum font size of 24 pt for body text and 36 pt for headings.
Select a clear, sans-serif font like Arial or Helvetica for readability.
Include high-quality images, charts, and graphs to support your research.
Ensure images are high resolution (300 DPI or higher) to avoid blurring.
Presenters are expected to stand by their posters for the entire duration of the poster session to engage with attendees and answer questions.
Each presenter may be asked to give a brief overview of their poster, so a 2-3 minute summary should be prepared in advance.
Posters must be set up 30 minutes before the start of the session and should remain up until the end of the poster session.
Presenters are responsible for removing their posters at the end of the session. Any posters left behind may be discarded by the conference staff.
Respect fellow presenters by keeping noise to a minimum and staying within the designated poster area.
Be prepared to engage with the audience respectfully and answer questions professionally.
